The vast majority of sugar we consume isn't from table sugar or honey added at home. It's actually from sugar added to processed food.๐Ÿง๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿก Food manufacturers add whatever quantity it takes to reach the 'bliss point' where the food becomes almost impossible to resist!๐Ÿคค

Check ingredient labels for hidden added sugar! It hides under a multitude of different names ๐Ÿ˜ฒ If we're eating processed food, it's easy to consume a lot more sugar than we realise ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿช๐Ÿฎ Manufacturers would prefer not to draw attention to the sugar levels in their products.
