Go try to solve someone's problem with and without AI. The amount you learn just trying new tools is eye opening when thinking about how to actually run LLMs in production and ensure you can afford to run them. The solution that most developers need is pay-per-use. x402

What is the best model at extracting text and information from scanned PDFs? OCR directly is significantly underperforming Qwen3-VL:8B and 30B with significantly less complexity, currently at ~92-94% accuracy. Biggest issue is typos/duplicates, but speed is a nice to have.
