Interesting. but does anyone use just one single screw for a TN fusion? Would be interesting to see two screws compared to this construct.
This study showed stability differences between a single screw vs a screw w additional nitinol staple-plate for simulated talonavicular fusion. Greater stability was observed in those treated with the additional staple-plate: @MedStarUMH @MedStarHealth
