United HC, Cigna, Aetna, private equity, health systems winning big since the “Affordable” Care Act passed in 2013 Patients & doctors lost big ACA supercharged corporatization of medicine, stripping physicians of autonomy, giving all leverage to corporate profiteers in medicine
Something is very wrong with health care when patients are going bankrupt, hospitals are in the red, doctors are unhappy, costs are going up, life spans are going down, innovators are struggling & Big health insurance seems to be the only group that is consistently doing well

Interesting.... but does anyone use just one single screw for a TN fusion? Would be interesting to see two screws compared to this construct
This study showed stability differences between a single screw vs a screw w additional nitinol staple-plate for simulated talonavicular fusion. Greater stability was observed in those treated with the additional staple-plate: https://t.co/cWeHTvHdTY
