That’s it. Go after the most recent active subs. Track opens, clicks, and replies. More importantly, track conversions. If they start buying almost immediately, increase volume.

Email 3: “Product spotlight”. Talk about your hero product. Cover pain points, and how amazing it is. Introduce an offer or discount if it makes sense. Clear CTA’s “Get your now” . Time to start selling again.

Email 2: “Social proof and reviews”. Make it all about what people say. Go heavy on reviews or social proofing. Keep it interesting, keep it valuable. No hard selling, but give them CTA’s. We’re reminding them of your brand again.

Email 1: “Quick check-in”. A simple hello e.g. A light update from the founder. Plain text email, start warming up the domain and subs. Remind them who you are and what’s new. Your goal is to get the open and engage.

Most customers need 7–12 touchpoints before they buy. People have 100 things on in their mind, your product should be one of them. Ads, Email, SMS are all excellent touch points. As soon as they subscribe reach out to them 1-2 times a day where intent is highest.

If you’ve been neglecting your email list. Sending 1x or 2x emails a month, expect them to forget you. It feels risky to increase volume. It’s even riskier to lose out on sales. Either you email more or your competitors will.

Never increase your email attribution windows. This will affect all revenue reporting. If your agency does this, run away. You’re dealing with a beginner or worse. Most tools like Klaviyo are overly generous as it is.
