Issue #90 of The Cafe Irreal is now online with fiction by Peter Cherches, Tadhg Wallace, Cassie Margalit, @KurtDNewton, @SethWade4Real, @timboiteau, Ryan Scott, and @SylphSea.

The Cafe Irreal will go on hiatus after our May issue goes online (May 1), so we won't be looking at new submissions again until November 2 (for the February 2025 issue). This will be, by the way, the first time we've missed publishing an issue in the 25 years we've been online.

Hey, Irrealistas: After we publish our Spring 2024 issue on May 1, The Cafe Irreal will go on hiatus for a couple of issues while we attend to some technical problems with our website. So we will not be looking at new submissions until November 2 (for the February 2025 issue).

Not exactly irreal, but unexpectedly good. .

And I also wanted to mention that Issue 89 is our Twenty-Fifth Anniversary issue. Issue 1 went online in February of 1999.
