Mental illness & autism are hereditary, them existing on both sides of Prince Andrew's family. He has clearly inherited autism & schizophrenia from (little known) Prince John on his mother's side and from his father's mother who was treated by Freud and placed into a sanatorium.

North/South Korea should do same thing.
