I hit 400 power and was holding out hoping that the changes they announced to levelling would make it somewhat enjoyable, and that we wouldn’t be put through the same grind again for no good reason, but it feels like every decision Bungie makes now is just to maximise retention

I just don’t understand what is driving the decisions like the ones in this TWID, do the people behind the levelling system play the game and interact with the grind? Is player retention really so important when none of the people choosing to stay are having any fun?

Solo Ops gaining less power and Pinnacle Ops getting reduced rewards, Not Swap and Bonus Seasonal Power contest with them insisting they’ve balanced around it despite the health pools of standard, are we fr right now???
