Oh, and the show needs to remember that they can use James Austin Johnson beyond Trump stuff. He still feels like a new cast member to me because he barely gets anything other than that. Use him. He’s funny.

Graphics’ departments and their photoshop skills are so integral to these shows that theyre a regular feature of Seth Meyers’ Corrections bits. Hugely disappointing to see this from SNL

The show still desperately needs other elements in the mix (the pre-season cuts still hurt, the show needs a black woman in the cast and some people *need to leave*) but I’m not mad at what they’re doing right now with what they have.

Josh was a non-factor so it allowed for some more ruminations on “what the hell is our cast now”. Marcello got a good piece in now that he’s now longer the uneasy Star Of The Show, Jane continues to rack em up, I love Streeter’s animated output and Ashley is still the Star.
