I just realized in a couple days it'll be the 20th anniversary of the ECW Pine Bluff show. I should do something for that, like a write up or gif the entire show or something. It does NOT feel like it's been 20 years.
It’s the ones asking why a 17 year old girl is wrestling that makes me mad. Like we can’t even have a kid on the show because it’ll trigger incel dick. Like they take it as temptation.
I see ppl here and there on the TL worried they'll never get a chance to see their fave...I promise you if they go on the indies, the show you'll see them at will be 10x more lit than any WWE house show or live show
We can leave the “you fucked up” chants behind with the “what” chants. It’s an asshole thing to chant and usually the ones chanting it look like they couldn’t even attempt the spot 🤦🏾♀️
If some of these wrestling fans were to put as much energy in hyping up and supporting their local indie talent and promotions as they do acting like AEW and WWE insiders on the payroll...
...we'd have a boom period on the scene like none other.
I wanna see a Dark Side of the Ring on the crazy asses of wrestling Twitter with a bunch of re-enactments of somebody just typing away at their phone while looking angrily at wrestling on TV
Let me tell yall something, I've talked with and spent time with Nick Gage and confidently say I feel safer around him at shows than I do around some of these clowns talking shit about him
Isn't Nick Gage's story what we ask people to do? At the worst time of his life he committed a non-violent felony--though probably gave someone some level of trauma. Turned himself in, did his time, and seems to have been on the straight and narrow since.
Since when do women have to regulate their behavior to accommodate lecherous and socially naive men? Fuck that, some dudes just need to control themselves.
WWE is the class I skip, AEW is the class where you watch movies and the teacher lets you eat, and the indies are the electives where you have a cool substitute who smokes you out after school
Wrestling Twitter is effectively just high school.
There's the cool kids.
The populars.
The floaters.
The brainiacs.
The stoners.
And then those in the corner chewing on their pencil cases.
