This is not how the cuff will look like btw! I just did a quick stitch to keep the lining in place so I can easily hand-sew the proper inner side of the cuff :>.

Turns out it might not be the most breathable lining material, but. shiny ✨😊

Here he is, the first head on my own carved base all finished up! Very comfy to wear and lightweight :3 Really be staring at it and thinking, "Did I really make that?" 🥰

He is done!.If I remember and am not asleep, I'll try to get some better photos or vids in the morning daylight. But I am excite, my first head that's fully from scratch!
