Obvious answer is Sonic, but he’s been doing it forever. I’d be interested in seeing characters who normally use their speed to aggress use it for complete agency over scenarios played. Pika’s had this shift , but there’s plenty of characters who haven’t been explored like this.

Feels like the meta is pushing towards min/max on reward where being wrong is fine if being right hits harder than being punished and the trade off in these interactions is a lack of mobility. Interested in seeing if mobility can be pushed so hard that this playstyle peeters out.

It is unfortunate that it feels like I can’t apply my own mantras and advice in my own games but I’m glad that what I say about the game feels engaging and helpful to others. I appreciate everyone who talked about the game with me today <3.
