I had a convo with a school friend recently, & it struck me that it's perfectly acceptable not to have had a conventional upbringing or life. Sometimes, all it takes is hearing it from someone else to recognise you've truly done your best despite the challenges you've faced.

Took this week off to relax and unwind but seeing what’s going on I haven’t been able to relax at all. I wanted to do a staycation with the kids but if I’m honest I’m to nervous to take them anywhere 🙁🙁🙁.

Today marks 5 years at TCS. During this time, I’ve worked on and managed number of projects related to exploitation, youth violence, and knife crime. As I look ahead to the future, my commitment to supporting young people and families continues to grow & strengthen. @TCSImpact

Within the exploitation field, some of the complexities professionals need to understand is how quickly a young person and their familys world can come crashing down. 1 minute everything is good the next their on a tier 1 move and need to leave everything they have ever known.
