What I realized is the support team actually has no idea what they’re doing, but the operations team seems better with their emails. I haven’t had the best experience, but I’m still giving them a shot. Whether I purchase more will depend on my payout experience

Update on my @fundingticks case: Their support marked my case resolved yesterday, but I replied explaining they hadn’t actually verified my account and had just refunded me & given a new challenge which made no sense to me.

I reached out to support on the 28th with 4 follow ups, but I only got a response a week later, and this is what they said 🤣

Then on the 29th, my subscription ended and the system automatically marked me as failed. As a rookie, I didn’t realize previous stats would carry over, so I assumed it made sense to either purchase a new account or start a reset.

Even though it’s clear I reached my target on the 28th, the dashboard didn’t correctly update all my profits.
