KU’s Unicity Mall was opened in 2016 & to date the huge mall has only one tenant. 1% tenancy, more malls continue to idle in this town, I guess the bubble. Now if KU had thought wise to build premium affordable hostels instead? Or invest more in research? Common sense is rare.
