(I'm not sure if today was sold out, but the two weekend days were sold out and the day session crowd was not packed). Part of it could be more courts to see during the day so the fans are spread out but some also has to be the brutal heat.

Just brutal conditions this year. I can't blame the fans for not wanting to come until the night session, even when it was a weekend.
