We’re heading off for our #Christmas break! 🎄 Our elves have been busy causing mischief across the factory these past couple of weeks, but now it’s time for our team to enjoy some well-deserved festive downtime. We’ll be back on the shop floor and ready to go on 5th Jan 2026.

Today the elves are exploring our Tornos Swiss Nano! 🎄 Added in 2022, these micro-machines help us produce small diameter parts like screws, pins & connectors with exceptional precision. We now run six Swiss Nanos, completing our London fleet of 71 CNC #slidinghead machines.

The elves have made it into our inspection dept! 🎄 Here we use a range of measurement tools, including optical shaft systems, CMMs, stereo microscopes, gauges & hand-held instruments. We caught them using one of our Mitutoyo callipers - used in batch-checking! #BTMAUK

One of our elves has found our @CitizenCNC! These were the first sliding head machines at our London site. Today, we run 71 #slidingheads - 47 of them Citizen/Miyano. In 28 years, this B12 has produced over 18 million components… and it’s still going strong! #BTMAUK

This morning we found our elves on our new @StarMicronicsGB R32 JIII Type B! 🌟 It marks our 17th Star & our 71st #CNCslidinghead at the #London site - another step in our ongoing investment. Capacity up to 35.0mm, SCP chip-breaking software and 8 programmable axes. #BTMAUK

Our elves have made their way over to our @Prusa3D #3Dprinting machine! Installed in April, this filament-based system has already helped us create a whole range of useful parts for our 71 sliding head #CNCmachines in London - from ejector pins to sensor housings. #BTMAUK
