Term life insurance is the simplest, easiest type of coverage. You pay a fixed premium for a set period. If you die your family gets the full payout. No confusing investment components. No hidden fees. Just protection. Low cost. High coverage. Peace of mind. That’s it.

Frugality does not equal cheap. Being frugal means focusing on quality over quantity and consumerism. Be thoughtful about how spend your money, save regularly, and focus on what is most important to you.

Your biggest investing edge isn’t stock picking — it’s when and how much. you invest. In your high-earning years, the % matters way more. Example 👇 • $60k income, save 10% = $6k/yr • $150k income, save 25% = $37.5k/yr That’s over 6X more capital working for you.

If you’re just starting to invest, you don’t need anything fancy. Open an account at Fidelity, Vanguard, or Schwab. 1. Roth IRA if you’re under the income limit 2. Taxable brokerage when you’re over the limit 3. Invest regularly in a low cost index fund. Time does the rest.

High earners locked out of Roth IRAs still have a move: the Backdoor Roth. Contribute to a Traditional IRA → convert to Roth → future growth tax-free. Just watch the pro-rata rule. If you have other pre-tax IRAs part of the conversion is taxable.

On a 30-yr mortgage, extra payments = faster payoff: ⬇️ $300k loan at 6.5%: • 1 extra payment/yr → paid off in ~25 yrs (~5 yrs saved) • 2 extra payments/yr → paid off in ~21–22 yrs (~8–9 yrs saved) With rates higher than a few years ago this is making more and more sense

Paying off credit card debt? ❄️ Snowball: pay smallest balance first = quick wins, big motivation 🏔️ Avalanche: pay highest interest first = saves the most money Math favors avalanche. Psychology favors snowball. The best method? The one you’ll actually stick to.

If you have credit card don’t fall into the trap of just paying the minimum payment. It will take you YEARS to pay off. Start with your highest interest rate and pay as much as you can each month. Once that card is paid off move on to the next one. Simple and efficient.

I fully supported our strike on Iranian nuclear facilities last year. Build on this momentum if further kinetic actions are necessary. These brave protesters deserve our full support to break this brutal regime.

Did you get a raise at the end of 2025? If you did avoid “lifestyle creep”. Just because your income increased doesn’t mean your expenses do as well. If you got 3% raise, increase your 401k contribution by 1% and use the other 2% to fund a Roth IRA, HSA, or brokerage account.

After taking care of those 2 focus on investing at least 10% of your income for retirement. Do these things are you’re probably ahead of 75% of Americans.
