At least 25 people have been displaced during a structure fire at a multi unit building on Duckworth Street. A vehicle fire in an interior parking garage spread and filled the building with smoke. Firefighters are still on scene.

There’s a heavy police presence at the bottom of Park Avenue near the start of the walking trail. Police just emerged from the trail, one officer carrying something in a bag, looks like they’re clearing the scene now.
