I’ve seen nothing under Carrick that we didn’t see under Ole. A friendly old face comes in mid season and allows the players to do what they’re comfortable with while relaxing standards off the pitch. It works short term, it always has, it doesn’t work beyond that sadly.

Zirkzee only comes on when we need to score goals and Sesko alone wouldn't provide it.. That brother must be fuming and rightly so. Carrick made just two substitutions yesterday. There's no harm in giving players like Zirkzee minutes in a season where we don't play many games.
