Update: our vendor has now confirmed a cable outage in the Calgary area. They are currently working to get it resolved ASAP. We will post again as we receive further info. -am.

The issues of Victoria, Kelowna, Vancouver Island & the Mainland BC is now resolved. If you still have any problems, please unplug your modem & router from the power source a full 5 minutes. Plug them back in starting with the modem. Please DM if you have any other trouble. -LR.

Good Morning! We are aware Victoria, Kelowna, Vancouver Island & the Mainland still has poor to no internet. There has been an Power Outage and we are working on getting everyone back Online. There is no ETA right now. Thank you for your continued patience. -LR.

We are currently aware of a network outage affecting our cable customers in BC. This is in and around the areas of Victoria, Kelowna, Vancouver Island & the Mainland. Poor to no internet will be seen at times. Our teams are working on a resolution but do not have an ETA. -SC.

We have noticed an issue with our DSL links in Ontario & Quebec areas. We are working on fixing it as soon as possible. We recommend a full unplug of your modem from the power source a full 10 minutes to see if it clears the issue for now. We will update with new information.-LR.

Hey everyone, we're experiencing an outage in BC at this time. You may experience slow or no connection. We are working on restoring service. Currently we don't have an ETR.

Happy Holiday Season! In the Quebec Cable area's some customers may have lost internet connection. We are working with our Vendor right now. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -LR.

We are very sorry for the ongoing problems. It is still being investigated for Cable customers in Ontario offline. If you have not reached out to open a ticket, we encourage you do so. As a mass fix is taking longer than expected to take effect. Thank you very much! -LR.
