veNFTs vs slNFTs (Soft Locked NFTs) ve(3,3) was such a great innovation to the tokenomics space that its been used by huge protocols like @velodrome, @aerodrome and more. Btw, huge credit to them for building on it and improving on it. tSo what does ve(3,3) do? Stake Your Tokens

Hedging your Memecoins Memecoins are inherently volatile, with huge swings, which make trading memecoins fun. The hope that a memecoin 100x’s in value and solves all our life’s problems is the dream that memecoins offer. But how many of us have lost more than we can afford when

The game theory here then becomes: If I unstake, I will benefit others who are staked. If I just hold a bit longer, others will unstake, distributing their funds to me. In addition to this, a decreasing withdrawal fee creates a goal for users to stay staked longer.

One option is to penalize users for withdrawing early rather than being forced to hold the NFT. @DynamyteXYZ allows users to exit with a penalty, and the incentive to stay staked is that withdrawal fee is distributed to all stakers.

Here's a fun tokenomics game by @DynamyteXYZ Let's first start with the problem with ve(3,3). These protocols have a minimum lock of 2 years (for full voting power). Most retail users don't hope to be profitable in a token after 2 years. (I might be wrong here.)

Let's take a small example of what you can do. Bet $20 on @ZeitgeistPM if Ether is under $4000 you receive $35. Long $500 at 3x leverage. In this example, you are profitable if ETH goes above 2.3% or falls by 1%. Change the no. to increase your risk.

Step 2: Bet on @ZeitgeistPM that Ether will be below $4000. If you are right, you will get a 70% return.

Step 1: At the time of writing, ETH is at $4030. To long ETH, you can use perpetual protocols like @GMX_IO @perpprotocol or something similar, with about 3x leverage.
