Just do stuff. Honestly, if you do stuff, and it solves something (literally anything) your life will stabilise like a bike at speed. You'll be able to identify the people not doing stuff, and avoid them, since they never bring anything worthwhile.

Here's so esoteric knowledge:.There's a nice marketplace for unofficial API's for everything you could imagine. On my current project, I needed a AirBnB API - they don't have an official one. But I could find one here! $10 for 20,000 requests fit my purposes nicely.
