The Story of a Tornado, a Sawyer, and a lost dog named Layla, shared by one of our volunteers. As the rain pattered against the walls where we were working, a small dog appeared in the street. Trailing behind it was a knotted, broken lease attached to a now-ragged collar.

Last month, #tornadoes ripped through Selma, Alabama, causing significant destruction to homes and infrastructure. Our Greyshirts, remembering our commitment to being a part of rebuilding the City of #Selma, wasted no time in responding to this devastating disaster.

Winter Storm Mara brought significant ice accumulation to Central Texas. Team Rubicon received a request for assistance from Taylor, TX to assist in removing vegetative debris from roadways and blocking access to homes. Greyshirts are on the ground now helping this community.
