Crossing the line I took my medal but didn’t put it around my neck. So from this race I take I known how to change a puncture in a race. Grinding it out to get it done. Time that i do not want to beat! Training needed instead of nearly none!

7:17:10 was the time for this years @outlawtriathlon Nottingham Half Good swim felt good. Bike was going ok till 25 miles then puncher on the rear wheel. First time this has happened in a races. After that my head was gone. The run was just get it done run/walk grind it out
