MARLEY WOODS aka The Skinwalker Ranch of Missouri • Over the weekend I visited one of Missouri's hot spots for high-strangeness. Marley Woods. This locale is somewhat of a secret, but if you know you know. I love visiting any chance I get. The purported activity here is wild!

We're getting a BIGFOOT emoji! I shouldn't be this excited, but hey. Bigfoot needed this representation in our modern hieroglyphics! It's believed that the new set of emojis will roll out next year with iOS 26.4. HAPPY FRIDAY YA'LL and safe squatching! #cryptid

THUNDERBIRD THURSDAY • In most lore there is no malevolence to the Thunderbird. it of course brings thunder, but more importantly the rain, it protects against evil, and also has healing abilities. This entity is typically viewed as a powerful life giving spirit. #cryptid

WEREWOLF WEDNESDAY • A great illustration featuring "creatures" of a supernatural persuasion. that is not to say that Dogman is of a paranormal nature, though I'm not saying that Dogman isn't. The truth is I don't know, but I remain very open. It's a strange world out there!

MOTHMAN MONDAY returns! If you spent the weekend floating like myself, you're probably still exhausted lol. But. I wouldn't have it any other way! It was even better knowing I was floating in an area where BIGFOOT sightings have occurred. I kept my eyes peeled. #cryptid

MISSOURI DOGMAN REGION?? • Shhh. be vewy, vewy quiet, I'm hunting dawgman :D. Ok, in all seriousness I spent yesterday in a part of western Missouri that's had a number of purported dogman sightings. I try to go every few months just to explore and get a feel for the area.

WEREWOLF WEDNESDAY • Based on eyewitness testimony, it would seem that "dogmen" do at least in some instances travel in groups, or more appropriately "packs". The natural world gives us many examples as to why this might be advantageous. I don't doubt loners are out there too!

The Vampire of Cryptidom aka the Chupacabra! Like most folklore it's hard to pin down specifics, especially when there are so many differing descriptions for the same "creature". Some say alien, others a cryptid, maybe just coydogs with mange. but imagination can't be ruled out

MOTHMAN MONDAY • Chicago has had its share of purported winged humanoid sightings, often likened to the Mothman phenomenon. These sightings started around 2011 & purportedly peaked in 2017. With many sightings interestingly taking place near the Chicago O'Hare Airport. #cryptid

Happy Independence Day / July 4th! Watch those fingers if you plan to dabble in fireworks. and if not leave those discarded digits near the woods as Dogman treats! They get hungry too!! Bigfoot might even take a nibble as well #cryptid

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY EVE! Is there a more patriotic cryptid than Bigfoot?? It's certainly debatable, yet it feels that Bigfoot fits the role better than most. or should I say the North American Wood Ape?. I do rather like that terminology for our most majestic of mysteries.

Le Rougarou aka the Cajun Werewolf • Legends abound in the deep bayous of Louisiana for this horrifying creature! Descriptions fit with modern Dogman sightings & are likely one in the same, just from a French American viewpoint. Werewolf lore is abundant anywhere humans gather!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I spent mine in southern Arkansas, camping no less! Not to mention. (as I mention lol) I was camping within one and a half hours of Fouke Arkansas aka Bigfoot Central. I certainly felt that sasquatch activity was very possible in the region.

The WEST VIRGINIA BIGFOOT FESTIVAL kicks off today! Events like this are so important to the cryptid subject! They help build cryptid awareness, a sense of community, connections with like minded people. along with learning regional history & folklore. #cryptid ❤ #bigfoot

In the legend of the Beast of Gévaudan, it is said to have preyed on livestock, particularly sheep & cattle, while they were being tended by humans, especially the young. Often attacking near forests & pastures where livestock grazed. sounds like notable intelligence! #cryptid

Had to share this "sighting" from my recent trip to Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I mean, it's not everyday that you come upon a tea-cup sasquatch in a tulle tutu! I'm sure there are many bigfoot statuettes in the region but this one packs a punch! #bigfoot ❤ #cryptid

MOTHMAN MONDAY • Probably the most famous statue in all of Cryptidom! The Mothman Statue of Point Pleasant West Virginia! Unveiled in 2003. standing an impressive 12-ft tall and made of Stainless Steel. Sculptor/Welder Bob Roach was commissioned to make this masterpiece!
