There’s such a great experience writing a reference letter for a coworker who is an amazing teacher. Taking a moment to be grateful is so helpful for my anxiety.

Boss sent out an email that wasn’t supposed to go to everyone. He basically said he was willing to fire everyone and keep just the remnants and start over if he needed it. “Like Noah and the flood” as he said.

There needs to be a way to show that a school is fudging their turnover numbers.

Admin interviewed a candidate and then sent her an email to complete multiple personality quizzes. The candidate said she is swamped at work, but will try to complete them when she gets home. Admin said she was less likely to be a candidate because she said “try.”.
