Awful service from @lufthansa: my flight gets canceled, web re-booking does not work on any browser, nor the chatbot and contact center kept me waiting for the last three hrs with no reply. 1/2

Hey @lufthansa you just canceled my flight - put me on one 10 hours later followed by a 12-hr overnight stay at another airport and an additional flight - getting me in a day after I have to be at my destination - and I can't get a human to speak to me. And you offer no options
