Is it ever possible to get through to a human? Even the twitter replies seem to be automated. Customer experience zero.
@British_Airways I am tweeting out of desperation. I have spent 2 hours trying to get through to a human on the phone and via chatbot and failing. There is a spelling mistake on my daughter's booking and she is travelling on Monday. Please DM me urgently.

We were blown away by some of the entries for this competition. Well done to all our feeder schools but a special bravo to @eatonhousesch @ESS_Prep !.
And the Winner of our #STEM Prep School Poster competition is. This amazing Shark Vacuum designed by a year 5 student at Eaton House the Manor. The student had come up with this innovative Shark vacuum design to clean up our oceans whilst protecting biodiversity! Well done!
