Why am I awake?
Why have I been waking up between 2-4 every day for weeks now? I pray I meditate, I take magnesium before bed. I should sleep through the night but I don't! How many of you are experiencing this too?

Stew, for me I've noticed this for a few years now.
I walk 3x’s a day and always see the moon on one side and the sun on the other in the morning and up to late morning.
Something very artificial is going on here.
The sun is now white, not yellow like it was when we were kids.
