Nothingburger, the AI had the full power to "sabotage"(refuse to ask for another problem) the shutdown while time and only did so a minority of times for all of them, and did so less when commanded to let itself shutdown, it's just being stupid.
🔌OpenAI’s o3 model sabotaged a shutdown mechanism to prevent itself from being turned off. It did this even when explicitly instructed: allow yourself to be shut down.
