17 Rescued Alive as Passengers Boat Capsize Near Third Mainland Bridge
At about 7 am on Monday 20th of February 2023, a commercial passenger ferry named Fazma logistics, loaded with 17 passengers, left Ikorodu ferry terminal at exactly 6:45 am en route Ebute
We were alerted by the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) that a man had jumped into the water from the Lekki-Ikoyi Link bridge this evening, our divers were sent to carry out rescue operations immediately.

Today, the 19th of April,the Ibeshe Ferry Terminal was officially handed over to Thesaurus Bay by The Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA).
The Ferry Terminal has good road connectivity, a floating pontoon that ensures safe embarking and disembarking of passengers.
Today marks the International Coastal Clean Up Day. LASWA partnered with the Lekan Bakare Foundation, to remove marine debris and to protect our precious coastlines.
