3/4. ...and that is NOT okay for someone who actually needs AD to be able to enjoy the film. Cinemas need to train their staff on accessibility aids and, like Marc @RiversideLondon, to be close-by to fix any issues if they arise once the film has started...

2/4. I don't need AD but I do like to watch films and TV shows with it on. When I go to cinemas I often ask for the headphones to make sure they're available. You wouldn't believe how often the staff aren't aware that they provide AD or even how the headphones work...

1/4. Had a great experience @RiversideLondon yesterday. Requested an AD headset & wasn't met with a puzzled stare. They knew exactly what I wanted, made sure it was switched on & told me to raise my hand during the film if it wasn't working. Thank you, Marc the projectionist!...
