Okay. So this is probably my third “launch post.” But this one? This one feels real. Hi — I’m the person behind @coffeetalesug. And truth is… I didn’t even like coffee. I’m Ugandan — and like most of us, I grew up on tea. But somewhere between telling stories for

Uganda’s 🇺🇬 coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a lifeline. It feeds 12.5 million people. In 2025, it earned $2.2B and crowned Uganda Africa’s top exporter. This #WorldFoodDay, we celebrate the farmers who grow more than beans — they grow futures.🇺🇬☕ #CoffeeTalesUG #UgandaCoffee

As Uganda celebrates 63 years of Independence, our coffee story stands as proof of how far we’ve come — towards true economic strength and self-reliance. 🇺🇬☕ Coffee isn’t just an export; it’s the heartbeat of our economy and the livelihood of millions of Ugandans. This year,

This morning, I walked out of @JavaHouseUG holding my cappuccino with pride. 🇺🇬☕ It wasn’t just a coffee run — it was a quiet celebration of how far we’ve come. A nation growing, a coffee culture awakening. Next year, maybe this cafe will be packed. But for now, I sip in

Aaah… the smell of fresh-made coffee ☕😍. It gets me every single time. Did you know that even without a sip, just smelling coffee can wake up your brain, lighting up pleasure & energy receptors like a quiet sunrise? 🧠✨ Honestly… what else does that besides coffee? I’ll

May your coffee be strong, and your Monday be short.” We’ve all held onto that hope — a quiet prayer between yawns and sips. ☕️ But what if today wasn’t just about getting through it… What if it was about feeling it, being present, being bold, being fueled by something warm,

#coffeeIndustry and hypes. Respect the bean, love the Farmer, help women, involve youth and all that is worth NOTHING if after when buying those beans You push even 5 cents per kilo down. Stop! We pay 15 cents more for red cherries and it adds 1eur to a kilo of our green beans!

Who said you need a coffee machine to enjoy a great cup of coffee ?☕️ 🇺🇬 Well, if you’ve got hot water and coffee grounds, that’s all you need for a good cup. Here’s the hack: 1️⃣ Boil water. 2️⃣ Add 1–2 tbsp of coffee grounds per cup. 3️⃣ Pour water, let it steep for 4–5 mins. 4️⃣

🪷 Somewhere in Naguru, I found a hidden gem. All I wanted was peace… and maybe a decent cup of coffee. What I got? A silky cappuccino that tasted like it had something to prove. The aroma. The warmth. The mug. Uganda’s coffee culture is growing — and it’s real.

🇺🇬 Uganda just made history — six of our own were honored in the halls of the British Parliament 🇬🇧 From energy to agribusiness to integrity, we’re showing the world what Ugandan leadership looks like. Let’s keep brewing greatness — from our beans to our people. ☕✨

Ever seen someone chewing fibre in Uganda? It might be coffee. 😉 In many rural communities, coffee isn’t just sipped — it’s snacked on. Dry cherries are steamed (sometimes with salt & chilli 🌶️), sun-dried again, then wrapped in banana fibre and chewed like a snack — at home

✨ Did you know Uganda 🇺🇬 is the birthplace of Robusta coffee? Our beans grow without chemical fertilizers. They’re unusually hard — which makes them perfect for roasting. And guess what? That soft, mild, slightly sweet taste? Ideal for rich, frothy drinks like espressos 🤎

It’s Monday, and coffee just makes everything feel… doable. ☕✨ Here’s why a cup is always a good idea: 1. It gently kickstarts your mood (even if the alarm didn’t 😅) 2.Helps you focus — especially when your brain is still in weekend mode https://t.co/QVvM7JTChR’s loaded

There are mornings when I roll out of bed, and my first thought is coffee. Not prayers. Not water. Just coffee. But lately, I’ve learned to pause. Because coffee on an empty stomach? It’s not doing us any favors. ☕ It spikes stomach acid. ☕ Raises stress hormones. ☕ Can mess
