On December 17, firefighters at the Landmark Station participated in a communication and radio drill. After viewing a video regarding the importance of clear instructions and communications, firefighters were paired for an activity focused on relaying clear instructions.

On December 3, firefighters at the Landmark Station worked on ladder maintenance and deployment. Each member deployed the ladder to the peak of the fire station roof. They worked on solo techniques to deploy a two fly ladder.

On Wednesday, Nov. 26, firefighters from Landmark Station practised 2&3 fly ladder exercises at the three plex balconies at 135 Main St. in Landmark. Firefighters practiced beam raises, fly raised, single firefighter third story patient rescue carry, and more.

On Wednesday, Nov. 19, firefighters at the Landmark Station hosted a tour for a group of preteen boys from Boys Club. The boys cheered on firefighters during a donning race, attempted the training obstacle course, and even practiced “rescuing” a firefighter.
