Despite our community being the lifeblood of our campaign, they've insisted that organizing is harming our relationships w/our customers. So. we polled them! And the answer is clear: 94% said they were more likely to support these business knowing they have unionized workers.

Within 30 minutes of ownership finding out about our walkout, we negotiated a return to work! Our walkout forced a promise to us that we’d get the economic data we demanded within a week, a response to our tipping policy settlement, and attendance from ownership at bargaining ✊
The Uncommons is WALKING OUT today after Greg May’s neglect in recent bargaining, from multiple absences at sessions to refusal to commit to a date by which he’ll provide sufficient economic data for The Uncommons (that the union already has from BSTRAT and Hex).
