Another point of so much of business being the same: franchising, Nespresso, and Car Dealerships. All revolve around getting a product out into consumers hands and making the real cash on servicing that product. (Mandatory franchise services, car maintenance, Nespresso pods).

Entirely outright yet because a lack of capital. These two games are different in that the 1st uses profit to go do the same thing again- put the 20/30% down and do it again. The second game uses the cash to pay off the leverage until they own the asset out right.
