Mitch Harrison spoke about his wife’s pregnancy with twins. One of the babies suffered an anomaly that would risk his and the mother’s life. Rather than preserving the wife’s life and the healthy fetus, Texas law forced them to seek care elsewhere.

Kyleigh Thurman fought for her life, and went to the ER presenting an internal hemorrhage and ruptured fallopian tube. She was transferred to a hospital and underwent emergency surgery. “To be pregnant in Texas is a death sentence.”.

Kyleigh Thurman shared her story of suffering an ectopic pregnancy. Her OBGYN urged her to go to the ER to dissolve the pregnancy, and she was continuously discharged and told to take ibuprofen and use a heating pad. Her treatment was so delayed she suffered excruciating pain.

Taylor Edwards told her story of going through IVF, and her baby was diagnosed with a fatal anomaly. Even with this diagnosis and the certainty of losing her baby, she was denied abortion care in Texas. She was forced to continue her pregnancy.
