We’re big fans of Demi Lovato. She has been a steadfast voice in the fight for mental health for years, speaking out about her own experience and working to fight the stigma that keeps so many silent. Our thoughts are with her tonight.

People who struggle with addiction are not weak; they are struggling with an illness. They deserve our compassion, not our criticism. We encourage you to meet them with grace as they continue on in their recovery. There is no place for shame here, only support.
800,000 people die by suicide every year. That's one person every 40 seconds. For each death, there are an additional 25 attempts.
Right now, there are people all around the world struggling with thoughts of suicide. If you are one of them, please know that we want you to stay.
