Hey everyone. I got some bad news. With everything happening this past few months and this month. Streaming schedule has completely changed. Streaming will only be happening on weekends with rotation of 2 games ARK and Elite Dangerous. Times will also change.

Things happened this week. With the passing of my mother and stuff to be organized. I was emotionally drained and was not up tonthe task to stream. Starting tomorrow night I will be back on Twitch. Might check out ARK. Hope you all had a excellent weekend.

A few nights ago I had the best stream. Used my phone to monitor stream as the laptop is slow. Saw people come in and go, one stayed. Around the 1h30 mark I felt something was off. Opened my laptop to check it out and realized the stream was broadcasting.

\o/. Body is in ketosis mode. Started yesterday morning after the cup of coffee with sugar. Last night weight was at 263 pounds(119 kg). Tonight dinner shredded tuna, onions, small piece of tomato, celery with mayonnaise and 1 avocado. Weight for tonight 255 pounds(115kg).

Day one with no sugar also have cut out carbs today and aligning my body towards Keto.
