Setting Demolition Test Check to 0% is the only way to ensure you never see demolitions. We're giving you this option so you can test routes for yourself. You might find a sweet spot for yourself given your game conditions.

Regarding Demolition Test Check - leave it if you want default behaviour. If you set it to 100% it doesn't mean that you will always have a demolition in your route. It just means that from the simulations it is searching routes that CAN contain demolitions 100% of the time.
