In his latest work, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thomas Peak tries to solve the contention faced by the Responsibility to Protect (RtoP) doctrine. Rethinking the three-pillar structure of RtoP, it proposes splitting the responsibility to respond into non-military and military means.

Lithuanian Longitudinal Social Survey Research Infrastructure (LIST) is a large-scale, longitudinal research designed to collect representative and high-quality data on 🇱🇹 society. The infrastructure will carry out regular panel surveys focusing on strategic indicators.

LIST will be the first long-term survey of public attitudes, values, evaluations and behaviours of this scale in the country. LIST is aligned with the State Progress Strategy “Lithuania 2050”, which foresees it as an instrument for monitoring and evaluation of the strategy.
