Our 1st #DeterioratingPatientFocusWeek comes to an end today ⭐️. We’ve had amazing engagement and have provided teaching around sepsis (inc. soft signs of deterioration) the importance of early escalation & AKI 👀. A huge thank you to all involved @jamesbolton2222 @TRFTEDTeam.
It's the end of DP focus week. We have had :.🌟Great engagement from staff, patients and public.🌟 over 120 staff have received bitesize teachings.🌟 ideas for future work streams. Thank you @TRFT_ART @TRFTEDTeam @jamesbolton2222 for helping make it a success 🙌
