How not to fly an A320…. The armrest needs to be positioned so that the elbow to the wrist is planted firmly on the armrest and you fly with the movement of your wrist only. To have your arm floating around as demonstrated only adds to the overcontrolling observed 👨🏻‍✈️ #pilot.
