I had seen images of Peter Mitchell’s wonderful ‘Ghost Train Ride’ from 1986 but its elegaic rendering of ‘travelling mortality’ @TPGallery comes from proximity to ‘Francis Gavan at Home’, 18 years later. “Everything dies in the end - even ghost trains.” The true Leeds Laureate.
