Ontario's ‘Immunization of School Pupils Act’ requires all students be vaccinated against 9 diseases or have a valid exemption to attend school. Parents/guardians need to report vaccines to TPH. Doctors & nurses do not report them for you. More info: https://t.co/uvpP4FDtv4
