In the greater scheme of things going on in the world this should be seen for what it is … not too serious but I will definitely be writing a scene in a film of how disappointing @UPS are communicating between themselves and their customers. The drama is real with them!!! Lol

Is it me or does @UPS deliver fake info like some media outlets deliver fake news? I have spent the last 3 days trying to get a package which I paid express service for. I have heard more varying stories than a child hiding a stolen cookie! 🤷🏿‍♂️
