Volunteer firefighters don’t clock out- they just run out of hours in the day. Between training nights, emergency calls, and their regular jobs, they somehow keep showing up when the pager goes off. Busy? Absolutely. But protecting the community is always worth it.

For areas with limited fire hydrants or no hydrant service, fire crews need to shuttle water to the fire scene. This week, our crews trained on various techniques for getting water to a fire that may occur in a rural area.
