Volunteer firefighters donโt clock out- they just run out of hours in the day. Between training nights, emergency calls, and their regular jobs, they somehow keep showing up when the pager goes off. Busy? Absolutely. But protecting the community is always worth it.

Today is the launch day for the "When Every Second Counts" campaign, the first ever province wide campaign to combat 911 misuse. Calling 911 for non-emergencies can block someone in a real crisis from getting help. Keep the line clear 911 is for life-threatening emergencies ONLY!
