Now they roll out three different sizes of moons across the entire field, that kind of look like wheels of cheese. Which begs the question: If the moon was made of cheese, would you eat it? I know I would!.

Great moment here with the dancers and the ribbons. The way they just float through the air really makes you feel like you’re in space . #TMC2022.

The stage up front made out of the moon is host to all sorts of out of this world soloists and ensembles . #TMC2022.

Our final group for the evening is Rouse with their show: Luminosity. Luminosity is defined as the absolute measure of radiated light or power emitted from an astronomical object over time. #rouseband #rousestrong #luminosity #moonshow

@CPHSBAND Love the many different interactions with mirrors/reflective costumes of the color guard. They really popped when they were integrated with the band members, lots of super cool visual effects. #TMC2022.

@CPHSBAND Really appreciate how quiet the first half of the ballad is, it really hushed the crowd and drew your ear in close then BAM! They hit you with that huge full sound. #TMC2022.

@CPHSBAND The way the band/ color guard go in-between mirrors and disappear/reappear is like magic. You almost can’t tell what is “real” and what is a reflection . #TMC2022.

@CPHSBAND The color guard in the super reflective silver in front of the mirrors just pops at night. Then the band on the other side in front of all mirrors gives a really cool dimensionality to the field. #TMC2022.

Our second to last group of the evening is Cedar Park with their show: Mirror Mirror. Through a variety of musical styles and genres, we transport our audience to a modern and immersive landscape exploring both musical and visual reflection. @CPHSBAND #GetYourTWolvesUP

Such a powerful wind section, you could feel the impacts all the way up in the press box. #TMC2022.

They make really good use of the stage up front behind the pit. Great way to feature performers but still keeping them in the picture visually. #TMC2022.

Incredibly full and strong opening hit. Band is all in blue to match the giant globe in the middle of the field. #TMC2022.

Next on the field for #TMC2022 finals is Round Rock with their show: The Living Earth. When we feel connected to the earth, it can become like something alive. These experiences deeply move us, they connect us to one another and, to the Living Earth.

The ending dance moment with the A/B work of the guard spinning and going Black/White is SOOOO cool. This show is such an incredible visual treat, not to mention the incredible music ensemble. #TMC2022.

WOW! Almost all black and white the entire show, and then the entire ARMY of a color guard comes out with every color of the rainbow to fill out the entire field. #TMC2022.

The little visual details are just a constant all over the field, hiding “In Plain Site”, yet when you focus on them they’re such a treat and add so much texture to the show. #TMC2022.
