Only due to their own cowardice. They got scared off by the Last Jedi reception and decided instead of making a quality conclusion then they wanted to try and undo everything Rian Johnson did. They shot themselves in the foot and let it bleed the trilogy out.

It was time. Would’ve liked him to maybe join the front office in some capacity and stay a Raven for life in a way, but think he can still help another team and he probably feels the same way. Wonder if Monken gets promoted?
