The only problem with that is that if the wife is married to the father of the side chicks baby..cs will take the income from the wife and not only that,but they will always take her money during tax season to pay for the baby. Like yall know that’s what the court system does to…

Anything and anyone tied to the husband, is tied to her as well. If she files for maintenance, the wife will be required to pay on his behalf if he fails to. I’ll never understand why you guys are so adamant on having this mentality when there’s a child involved.

Legally the wife will take care of the child (if married in COP). Should the hubby lose his job the wife is legally obligated to maintain the child. SA law is the pits at times.
